Refund & Returns

All orders placed before 6pm will be packed up and then dispatched the following working day. Orders after 6pm will be posted an additional working day later.
We use Royal Mail 24 and Royal Mail 48 services. These are either 24 hours or 48 hours after dispatch but not guaranteed, for free delivery we use Royal Mail 48. For larger orders, we may use alternative couriers to the UK Mainland. Any larger orders to more remote areas (Highlands and Islands etc.) may take a little longer so please allow an extra day or two for your order to arrive.
Items may be cancelled before dispatch by emailing us on firstname.lastname@example.org. A full refund usually takes up to 48 hours.
If you change your mind you can return your purchase back to us within 14 days for a refund. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and it must also be in the original packaging. If there is an issue with your parcel, such as it arrived damaged, please contact us immediately with images.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed through Stripe.
To return your product, you should post your product to: Winterfell, Holm Mill Lane, Harrietsham, ME17 1LA
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless your item arrived damaged.
